503A Pharmacy Only
All medications are compounded exclusively by independently licensed 503A compound pharmacies operating under cGMP standards. Regularly inspected. Pharmaceutical-grade compounds only.
Monthly Monitoring
Every active patient receives monthly check-ins through our HIPAA-compliant patient portal. Ongoing physician oversight is not optional — it's built into every protocol.
90-Day Re-Evaluation
At three months, your physician conducts a formal clinical re-evaluation to assess protocol effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments. Continued prescribing requires continued clinical justification.

ElevateMD is owned and operated by licensed physicians — not a venture-backed platform, not a marketing company. Clinical decisions are made by physicians, not algorithms. Your care team reports to the physicians who own the practice.
Which states do you serve?
We currently serve patients in Florida, Texas, Alabama, Ohio, Michigan, Maryland, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We are actively expanding and will update this list as new states come online.
Do you accept insurance?
ElevateMD is a cash-pay practice. We do not accept or bill insurance. All pricing is transparent and listed on our treatment pages — no surprise fees, no hidden costs. Many patients use HSA or FSA accounts to cover their treatments.
How are consultations conducted?
All consultations are conducted remotely through our secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal (PracticeQ). You communicate directly with your care team via messaging — no app downloads, no video calls required. Your physician reviews your medical history, lab work, and goals before making any prescribing decisions.
Where do my medications come from?
All prescription medications are compounded by independently licensed 503A pharmacies and shipped directly to your door. Each pharmacy undergoes its own state and federal inspections. We do not use overseas or gray-market sources.
What is LegitScript certification?
LegitScript is an independent verification service that reviews telehealth practices for regulatory compliance, proper licensing, and adherence to pharmacy standards. Our certification (ID #49567122) means we meet or exceed the compliance standards required by major advertising platforms like Google and Meta.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through your patient portal or by contacting your care team. No cancellation fees, no long-term contracts. We retain patients through outcomes, not obligations.
How long does the eligibility screening take?
The initial screening form takes about 2 minutes. A physician reviews your submission within 24 hours. If approved, your care team reaches out with next steps through the patient portal. No payment is required until you are approved and choose to proceed.
